What Viz2Win actually collects, based on how the product works today.

What we store

• Mailing list: email address and optional role when you join The Drop, saved privately for future newsletter updates.
• Forms: contact messages, tool submissions, and partner inquiries (name, company, work email, website, tool, track-specific details, message).
• Accounts: sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (Clerk). Community Notes and contributor verification requests are tied to your account.
• Uploads: logos and screenshots sent through the claim flow are stored privately and reviewed by an admin before any use.
• Anonymous events: first-party counts such as outbound clicks, Stack signups and form submissions. They are not used for advertising.
• Your browser may store a small flag in local storage noting you already joined the list.

How we use it

To run the directory, moderate notes and inquiries, reply to you, and send newsletter updates once sending begins. We do not sell your email address.

Sharing

Service providers that host the site, authenticate accounts, store files and forward messages process data for us. Affiliate and sponsored links, if any, are labeled; clicking them takes you to the vendor's site under its own policy.

Your choices
